Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 arrives in 2–4 working days; Tracked 24 arrives in 1–2 working days. Full details on the shipping page.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £30. The cart shows you how close you are to qualifying.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you’d like a one-off international order, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I collect from the shop?
Absolutely. Place your order online and message us via the contact form — we’ll set it aside for collection at 834–836 High Road, Tottenham.
What if something I ordered is out of stock?
We email you straight away with an honest update. You can wait, swap for an alternative, or take a fast refund — your call.

Returns & refunds

What’s your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return an item, and another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Full details on the shipping & returns page.
Can I return an opened hair product, oil or cream?
For hygiene reasons, no — unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In that case, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund (including return postage if needed).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept online?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are taken through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of card data security.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes — there’s a promotion code field on the Stripe checkout page after you click "Checkout securely".

That’s what we’re here for. Pop in to the shop and the team will recommend something for your hair type, scalp or routine. Or send us a message via the contact form with a bit of detail and we’ll reply.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — every product on our shelves is sourced from authorised UK and international distributors. We’ve been doing this for 30+ years and our reputation is built on it.
Do you stock everything online that’s in store?
Not yet — the online shop is a curated selection of our bestsellers. If there’s something specific you want from the in-store range, send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can ship it.

Visiting the shop

Where are you and when are you open?
834–836 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 0EY. Open Monday–Saturday 9am–7pm and Sunday 12pm–6pm. Full directions on the find us page.
Do I need an appointment?
No — we’re a walk-in shop. Just come in any time we’re open.
Is the shop accessible?
Step-free entrance from the High Road. If you need help reaching anything on the shelves, the team is happy to assist.
